Welcome to my coaching supervision, mentor, expert speaker and coaching practice. A professional, safe space supporting women and men to rediscover their drive, connect with their passions and unlock ambition, skills, confidence and courage.

For over 30 years, I’ve specialised in the areas of health, leadership, and personal development. As an executive coach, supervisor, mentor, osteopath, and speaker, I have been convinced of one thought –  real, sustainable change happens when we address both mind and body. Whether you’re navigating a complex leadership challenge, seeking to deepen your coaching practice, or standing at a personal crossroads, I provide a grounded, evidence-informed space to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence. My focus is not on temporary fixes, but on developing sustainable shifts in your outlook and wellbeing.

About Me

Never one to follow the easy or straightforward path, my coaching journey was not a straight line.

I started out as a building surveyor in Environmental Health for working with people who had a diverse range of social and mental health problems.  Whilst I loved the work I did, I was more interested in the people and what made them tick rather than the external environment.  As a result after 20 odd years I retrained in complementary health and Osteopathy.

For years, I lived a dual life: one foot in the predictable world of local government, and the other in the intuitive, healing world of clinical practice. This unique position gave me a deep appreciation for how our internal and external environments shape us. I practiced both professions side-by-side with a slight detour into lecturing at University and student support.  Whilst supporting mature students I realised that their challenges were not purely academic and more about their lives and confidence and their capacity to navigate change. They didn’t just need a tutor; they needed a coach.

To meet this need, I trained as a coach, took a diploma (or two) in neuroscience, as well as becoming a clinical hypnotherapist and a number of other modalities. My clinical background as an osteopath provided the foundation for understanding the mind-body connection, while my coaching qualifications and neuroscience gave me the tools to help people unlock their own potential.

This entire journey has shaped my core belief: that every person has the innate capacity to move forward and change their life, one small step at a time. I know that change isn’t about avoiding mistake, it’s about learning.  True wellbeing is found not in grand gestures, but in community, compassion, and noticing the small ‘glimmers’ of good in each day.

Today, whether I’m on a stage, in a coaching session, or supervising fellow coaches, my mission is to act as a floodlight, illuminating the whole landscape of what’s possible. My work is about bringing all these threads together to help you navigate your own challenges with confidence and live with greater wellbeing.
