I have over 2 decades of experience coaching and lecturing therapists, running a successful Osteopathic practice, teaching at both undergraduate and Masters Level.
I have worked with 100’s of business owners and coached clients to be the best they can be. And I have spent 10’s of thousands of pounds to continually develop so that I can help others.
Plus I am on a mission to help as many women move forward in life and their business so I will work hard to help you get the results you want.
I qualified in Complementary Therapies in 1993/94 and continued to complete a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy in 2002, a MSc in Sports Injury Management.
As well as those qualifications I am trained as a Pilates teacher, Tai Chi for Health, PGCertACE, Master Practitioner of NLP, Certified Hypnotherapist and have a Professional Coaching Diploma.
